An educator’s role goes beyond a mere job description. Whether an academic or administrative personnel, an educator serves as a role model to students, colleagues, and parents alike. Therefore, it is crucial for educators to exemplify ethical behavior and always uphold a professional code of ethics. Adherence to a professional code of ethics supports educators in acting professionally and ethically in all their interactions.

At ISK, we are committed to ensuring that our instructional staff reaches their full potential. We ensure that our instructional staff possesses proper content knowledge and skills. We enhance the capacity of our instructional staff through on-campus and off-campus professional development opportunities. Throughout the year, we also conduct class visits to verify teachers’ performance progress. ISK provides updated books, curricula, and learning management systems to ensure that the teachers have the appropriate tools to fulfill their capacities through our master schedule which secures our instructional staff has enough preparation time.
